To accompany the chef’s signature dish you will be served Piedmontese sparkling wine from the Consorzio Alta Langa. The sustainable lightness of Acqua S.Bernardo will accompany the whole meal.
New this year, “The Gourmet Sunsets: Fine aperitive experiences” enrich the program with a fresh format of cooking show: an elegant Italian-style aperitif that combines culinary artistry with the pleasure of a toast.
In an intimate and evocative atmosphere, a top-level Chef prepares live two small gourmet creations, designed to be paired with a glass of Alta Langa DOCG and an original cocktail made with Vermouth di Torino and Alta Langa.
