The heart of the Fair is the Alba White Truffle World Market, the perfect place to taste and buy truffles from the Langhe, Monferrato and Roero area.
Truffles – the most precious and rare asset of our region – can be purchased directly from all the participating sellers (Trifulau or traders), under the supervision and support of the Quality Commission.
On Saturdays and Sundays from 9.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
