At Cà Vittoria, an elegant 18th-century residence nestled in Tigliole, in the heart of the Colline Alfieri and just a stone’s throw from Langhe and Roero, chef Massimiliano Musso carries on a rich family tradition rooted in the culinary heritage of Piedmont.
A young Michelin-starred chef, Massimiliano follows in the footsteps of his grandmother Gemma, who earned a Michelin Star in 1997, and his mother Sandra, both of whom played a key role in his training. In the kitchen, he offers a cuisine that blends deep tradition with contemporary creativity, crafting dishes that are balanced, elegant, and deeply connected to the local territory.
The ingredients he uses are of the highest quality, sourced from local producers and from the family garden, dedicated to Grandfather Aldo, which supplies vegetables, fruits, and edible flowers that bring freshness and authenticity to every dish.
Beyond the restaurant, Massimiliano Musso has built a distinguished career: he has curated menus at the United Nations headquarters in New York with the Stars of Piedmont, is a member of the Italian Federation of Pastry, Gelato and Chocolate, has participated in the World Summit in Hong Kong, and serves as Chef for Casa Saclà, bringing his culinary vision to international stages.
Cà Vittoria is not only a Michelin-starred restaurant but also a refined hospitality venue with 10 beautifully appointed rooms, where guests experience an atmosphere of elegance, warmth, and professionalism. The front-of-house is managed with grace and care by Valentina, Massimiliano’s wife, who ensures that every guest feels welcomed and at home.
