2024 Edition

On Tuesday, October 29 and Wednesday, October 30, 2024, the event “Sostenibilità Incrociate” took place in a completely renewed format.

“Keeping sustainability at the core—declined along the three axes of environmental, social, and economic— the 2024 event ‘Sosteibilità Incrociate’ returned in a completely renewed format. It featured chefs and artists in a unique performance orchestrated by gastronomic curator Paolo Vizzari in collaboration with Samuel Romano.

As per tradition, the fair dedicated a space to younger generations: thanks to a project curated by cultural anthropologist Valeria Margherita Mosca, a didactic installation was created to illustrate the evolution of food and nutrition from the Neolithic era to the present day, addressing the theme of biodiversity and its value for the future.”
