AMA la carne (Love the meat), organised by the Associazione Macellai Albesi (Alba Butchers Association) in collaboration with the Municipality of Alba – Great review of Piedmontese cattle, the Alba Truffle Fair and the Associazione Commercianti Albesi (Alba Traders Association) , will take place on Sunday 26th October in Piazza Pertinace in Alba.
The event will be a moment of dialogue between butchers and consumers, with the aim of raising public awareness of the unique characteristics of these local delicacies, as well as highlighting the importance of traceability and the origin of quality labels.
