During the evening, the competitors, who are indicated by each borough of Alba, will go out on the catwalk in medieval costume, from Trifolera and in evening dress.
The “Bela Trifolera” was born and grown in Alba, an event combined with the parade of floats of the Boroughs of Langhe and Roero. It was a unique event in Italy in the post-war years, when the novelty attracted great acclaim and sparkled the light of Alba, an event still incredibly followed during the International Alba White Truffle Fair.
