Herbs and Spices Festival
Albaromatica returns for its 20th edition, entirely dedicated to the discovery of aromatic herbs and spices in their most varied uses. This year as well, the market that colors the city of Alba will be held in Piazza Risorgimento on the first Sunday of the Alba International White Truffle Fair. The square will be filled with the aromas of herbs, spices, flavored liqueurs, herbal teas, flavored beers, and much more. Additionally, educational workshops dedicated to the world of herbs and spices will be organized.
Organized by the Turismo in Langa Association as part of the 95th International Alba White Truffle Fair – with the active support of the Ente Fiera di Alba and the Municipality of Alba, and sponsored by Banca d’Alba – this event, now in its 20th edition, is a true celebration designed to showcase every facet of the use of herbs and spices.
