All of this in a truly unique setting.

The 7 workstations can be used individually or in pairs.
Alba White Truffle shavings are not included but can be added to the dish based on the daily quotation from the Stock Market.
The course has limited availability, with a maximum of 14 participants.
The workstations are fully equipped for both the theoretical and practical parts of the lessons.
The event is simultaneously translated into English.
TEACHER MARGHERITA GIAMPICCOLO
I am Margherita, I like to smile and to make people smile, and I think that a dish well cooked and carefully served is a vehicle of joy.
I graduated in Literature, but then I chose cooking as a profession and in 2015 I opened with my husband Luca Guastini, the restaurant Trés in Trezzo Tinella.
I learned from Nonna Mariola that to do good things it takes time, from Nonna Albertina to make pasta and from Davide Palluda, 1 Michelin star Chef of Canale, professionalism, rigor in the kitchen and respect for raw materials. I like to travel, walk, photograph, read, observe, discover different culinary traditions, because I think that “the unknown” is always an enrichment. The nectar of the gods is certainly bread, tomato and basil.
