From an early age he showed a strong inclination towards food and cooking in general, so much so that he and his two brothers helped run the family business. After graduating in hotel management, he left Salento and travelled all over Europe, ending up in the most prestigious starred kitchens, including those of Luis Andoni Aduriz, Eneko Atxa, Alexandre Gauthier, Rene Redzepi and the French chef Claude Bosi in London. Of all his experiences, the one at the court of chef Martin Berasategui has left a strong mark on his professional and human development, giving him the necessary aptitude to become a complete contemporary chef in a short time. In 2016 he won the Top of Tomorrow, Touring Club, Indentit\u00e0 Golose&#8217;s Surprise of the Year and the Premio Vent&#8217;anni for San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.<br \/>\nIn 2017, with his restaurant Bros&#8217;, he won the Espresso Guides&#8217; Performance of the Year award, achieving 3 hats.<br \/>\nOn 22 January 2018 he was included in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in the Art category.<br \/>\nIn 2018, he receives his first Michelin star.<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pellegrinobrothers.it\/bros-ristorante\/\">Ristorante Bros&#8217;<i class=\"michelin-red-star\"><\/i> &#8211; Lecce<\/a><\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"_page_1titd_100 \" role=\"presentation\" data-index=\"0\">\n<div class=\"_page_1titd_100 \" role=\"presentation\" data-index=\"0\">\n<div class=\"_page_1titd_100 \" role=\"presentation\" data-index=\"0\">\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Cooking Shows<\/strong>\u00a0offer a unique opportunity to experience haute cuisine up close, thanks to the presence of talented chefs who present original and refined dishes that reflect their personal gastronomic vision.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The experience includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The dish <\/strong>prepared by the chef<\/li>\n<li>A glass of<strong> Alta Langa DOCG<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>S.Bernardo <\/strong>mineral water<\/li>\n<li>A 100g<strong> mini Panettone by Galup<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tartuforegale.it\/en\/home-en\/\"><strong>Tartufo Regale<\/strong><\/a>, an exclusive artisanal dessert that faithfully replicates the shape and color of the famous Alba Truffle created by Michelin-starred chef Ugo Alciati.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"_page_1titd_100 \" role=\"presentation\" data-index=\"0\">\n<p>The experience lasts approximately\u00a0<strong>one and a half hours<\/strong>.
