All of this in a truly unique setting.<\/h2>\n<p>The school features 7 modern stainless steel workstations, fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen tools. Participants are actively involved in the preparation of the dishes and will have the opportunity to taste their creations, accompanied by a glass of local wine.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>7 workstations<\/strong>\u00a0can be used individually or in pairs.<br \/>\n<strong>Alba White Truffle shavings<\/strong>\u00a0are not included but can be added to the dish based on the\u00a0<strong>daily quotation from the Truffle Exchange<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThe course has\u00a0<strong>limited availability<\/strong>, with a\u00a0<strong>maximum of 14 participants<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThe\u00a0<strong>workstations are fully equipped<\/strong>\u00a0for both the theoretical and practical parts of the lessons.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The event is simultaneously translated into English.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>THE CHEF<\/h3>\n<div class=\"_page_1titd_100 \" role=\"presentation\" data-index=\"0\">\n<p><strong>Luigi Taglienti, born in 1979, is a Ligurian chef who built his career alongside great masters and in international kitchens.<\/strong>\u00a0After starting out with Ezio Santin and training between Italy and France, he earned his first Michelin star in 2007 at the restaurant<strong> Delle Antiche Contrade<\/strong> in Cuneo. A second star followed at <strong>Trussardi<\/strong> alla Scala in Milan (2012\u20132014), and a third at <strong>Lume<\/strong>, the restaurant he founded in 2016.<br \/>\nIn 2022, he opened \u201cIo Luigi Taglienti\u201d in Piacenza, a personal project he led until 2025.<\/p>\n<p>His award-winning and distinctive cuisine blends classical technique, intuition, and contemporary sensitivity, shaped by influences from Italian, French, and international culinary schools.
